We wanted CALM to be a decaf we would choose for its flavour, not simply because it had almost no caffeine. Bright orange zest, rich muscovado sweetness and a subtle hint of marzipan create a beautifully balanced cup, with a smooth texture and long, clean finish.
Grown high in Colombia’s Central Andes, La Serranía represents the work of more than 50 small producers, with every coffee carefully hand-sorted and processed on the individual farms. Its natural sugar cane decaffeination process uses sugar cane and mountain water to remove 99.7% of the caffeine, while preserving the flavour, smoothness and complexity of the original coffee.
