BRIO stood out from the first tasting. Juicy cherry and orange bring a lovely brightness, softened by the sweetness of cane sugar, with a clean, smooth finish. This is a coffee with enough character to get your attention, yet balanced enough to drink every day.
And its story made us like it even more. El Canet is a small coffee-growing community in Costa Rica’s celebrated Tarrazú region, made up of just 46 producing families, with many growing their coffee under shade and allowing the cherries to ripen more slowly, developing greater sweetness and intensity of flavour.
